When is Betteshanger Rocks 2026?
The festival will take place from Friday 17th to Sunday 19th July 2026 at Betteshanger Park, Kent.

What tickets are available?
We offer:

• Camping Pitches: Includes 3 nights' camping
• Weekend Passes: Festival entry for all 3 days.
• Day Tickets: Entry for Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Are there age restrictions?
Children under 6 enter for free.
Child tickets are for ages 6–17.
Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available on-site at Betteshanger Park. Usual parking charges apply.

Can we bring our own food and drink?
You may bring your own food and drink into the campsite.
However, only food and drink purchased within the amphitheatre are permitted.

Are BBQs allowed?
BBQs are permitted in the campsite, provided they are raised off the ground and fully extinguished when leaving the site.
During periods of hot and dry weather, BBQs may be restricted to prevent fire hazards.

Are showers available?
Currently, we do not provide shower facilities at the campsite.

I’ve lost my tickets or confirmation email. What should I do?
Please contact our team at info@betteshanger-rocks.co.uk with your full name, the number and type of tickets purchased, and the email address used during the purchase. We will resend your tickets promptly.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Tickets are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person.
Please ensure the new ticket holder has the necessary details for entry.

Are pets allowed?
Dog are permitted but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Betteshanger Rocks Glamping – FAQs

How many people can stay in each glamping tent?

Each 5-metre bell tent can accommodate up to 4 guests.
The price is £400 per tent, regardless of how many people are staying (up to the maximum of four).

What beds are included?

Each tent includes 3–4 Jay-Be folding single beds, depending on your booking requirements.

Is bedding included?

Bedding is optional and can be added at checkout.

£25 per person includes:

• Sheet
• Duvet & duvet cover
• Pillow & pillowcase

If you don’t add bedding, you’ll need to bring your own sleeping bags or bedding.

Is the tent fully set up when we arrive?

Yes. All glamping tents are fully set up before arrival and taken down after the event.
Simply arrive, check in, and enjoy the weekend.

Where is the glamping area located?

Glamping is located within the official Betteshanger Rocks campsite, giving you easy access to the festival while still having a comfortable place to rest.

Is electricity provided in the tents?

There is no mains electricity inside the tents.

However, each tent includes ambient lighting:

• Portable Lampsy lamp
• Fairy lights
• Outdoor festoon lighting

These are designed for comfort and atmosphere rather than charging devices.

Can we charge phones in the glamping tents?

There are no plug sockets in the tents.
We recommend bringing portable power banks if you need to charge phones or small devices.

Are the tents lockable?

Bell tents do not have hard locks.
As with all festival camping, we recommend:

• Not leaving valuables unattended
• Keeping important items with you

The campsite will be monitored throughout the event.

Do we need to bring anything with us?

If you haven’t added the bedding upgrade, please bring:

• Sleeping bags or bedding
• Personal items
• Power banks for charging

Everything else listed in the glamping package is provided.

Is parking included with glamping?

Glamping does not include dedicated parking.
Parking is available in the main Betteshanger Park car park in line with standard event parking arrangements.

Can children stay in the glamping tents?

Yes, children are welcome as long as they are accompanied by a responsible adult and included within the maximum occupancy of four guests per tent.

Can we bring extra people to stay in the tent?

No. For safety and comfort, maximum occupancy is strictly four people per tent.

Are pets allowed in the glamping area?

No, pets are not permitted in the glamping or campsite areas.

Can we choose which tent we stay in?

Tent allocation is assigned by the event team and cannot be selected in advance.

How many glamping tents are available?

There are only 10 glamping tents available in total.

Once sold out, no additional glamping will be released.

What happens if glamping sells out?

Once all 10 tents are booked, glamping will show as sold out and will not be restocked.

Is glamping refundable?

Glamping bookings are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled in line with the event’s overall ticket terms and conditions.

How do I book glamping?

Glamping is booked separately from festival tickets and must be purchased in advance.
Availability is extremely limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
